Suggestion:

train/mine-cart: Mines are in fantasy so why not mine-carts? You could have unique ones for different themes and or trains. :3
rail tiles: you have roads so why not a general rail tile? Yo could also have some themed rail tiles like Victorian or Cyberpunk.
